Angel Food Ministries is now offering Gift Cards all through the year. Just like a gift card that you can purchase at your favorite store, Angel Food Gift Cards make a great gift for anyone or keep it and use it yourself.

 

Currently, Gift Cards can only be purchased using the gift card order form here.  

Purchasers will need to complete and submit it to AFM Corporate offices.  Customers purchasing Gift Cards will need to complete the form and either email to Katrina Weber, at (Katrina@angelfoodministries.com), fax to 770.266.1499 or mail to Angel Food Ministries, Attn: Katrina Weber at 1620 S. Broad St., Monroe, GA 30655. 

Please note, Host Sites cannot accept the forms or the payments. 

 

The Gift Cards must either be redeemed on our website www.angelfoodministries.com or through a Host Site via AngelNET. Customers can read and print out detailed instructions for redeeming cards here. Please understand that a Host Site WILL NOT accept Gift Cards for processing at a later date without checking the validity and value on the AFM website first. Customers can check their Gift Card validity and value on the Angel Food website at www.angelfoodministries.com/giftcards/default.asp.

 

 

·         The Cards themselves have both a 16 digit code and a scratch off pin number.  To use it, both numbers are needed. 

·         AFM will accept credit/debit cards, checks or money orders only.  Please do not send AFM cash, as they will not be liable for claims of missing money.

·         Gift Cards will be set to expire one year from issue.

·         Turnaround for receipt of the cards from time of order is approximately 7 business days.

·         There is no convenience/service charge for using gift cards.

·         The Gift Cards are currently only being sold in values related to certain boxes of food; The Signature Box, The Produce Box and the Senior Meals.  Once we have shopping cart capabilities on www.angelfoodministries.com, AFM will be more flexible with the card values.

 

 

From time to time, Angel Food will offer monthly coupon codes to use on selected menu items.  Coupon codes can be found on www.angelfoodministries.com, Facebook on the Angel Food Ministries page, by following Angel Food on Twitter and on our Blog at www.angelfoodministries.wordpress.com.
